Privacy Policy — Dig & Munch: Sand Puzzle

The Martian ("we") publishes Dig & Munch: Sand Puzzle (the "Game") on Google Play. This policy explains what data the Game collects and why.

1. No account, no personal information

The Game has no account system. We do not ask you for your name, email address, contacts, photos or precise location. Some of the services below may process identifiers on their own, as described in section 2.

2. Data collected by third-party services

• Google AdMob (ads) and its mediation partners Unity Ads, ironSource, Liftoff (Vungle) and InMobi — advertising ID and other device identifiers, approximate location derived from your IP address, ad interaction data, diagnostics and, for some partners, in-app purchase history, used to show and measure ads and to prevent fraud. • GameAnalytics (game analytics) — a random user ID and in-game events (for example, level started or completed) to improve the Game. GameAnalytics does not receive your advertising ID. (GameAnalytics)
• Google Play Billing / Unity IAP (in-app purchases) — purchase records, purchase and device identifiers, approximate location, diagnostics and crash data (and, where provided by the payment flow, an email address, processed only temporarily) to deliver and restore what you buy. Payment details are handled by Google Play; we never see them. (Unity)

3. Consent and ad personalization

In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland the Game asks for your consent before showing personalized ads. You can change your choice at any time in Settings > Privacy options. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads).

4. Children

The Game is intended for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

5. Security and retention

All data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Third-party services keep data according to their own retention policies.

6. Your rights and data deletion

To request access to, or deletion of, data associated with your device, email harissevinc@gmail.com with the subject "Dig & Munch: Sand Puzzle data request". We will respond within 30 days.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date will change.
